This panel session will examine the practical implications of the Health and Social Care Reform Bill.  The panel will debate the implications of the consultation and review of ‘Social Care Duties’, and what more needs to be done to improve the quality of social care in order to meet the needs of an ageing population and increased numbers of older people who can and want to live independently.
